Here’s one offered from my “top shelf” that’s going to fill that huge hole in a McCartney 12” singles collection somewhere out there. From 1979, and released during the height of the disco boom, it’s ... Goodnight Tonight b/w Daytime Nightime Suffering.
This is one of those Beatles/McCartney/Wings records that can be classified in the holy grail column. Very hard to find in really nice condition, the one I’m offering here still has 80% of the original shrink around the cover protecting most of the all important sticker/decal that makes this elusive record what it is. Released before the more common picture sleeve was out, and produced in a very small quantity, it was gone almost immediately. I only saw it in one shop for one day back in ‘79, in NYC, and searched everywhere I could, for months, trying to find more copies but not finding it anywhere thus making it an instant collectible (yes I’ve been collecting that long and realized this was a real “keeper” even then).
I hope this copy will make someone very pleased to finally nail one, wish I had a case of them to offer.
Almost forgot, the vinyl is mint.
