Paul McCartney & Wings  Band On the Run  SEALED  NIMBUS SUPERCUT  RAREST 1 of 1,000 
This is the rarest Nimbus SuperCut of them all. As you may know Nimbus Supercut were a mail order only audiophile reissue boutique label in the UK. They had the license to produce a small batch of their Super Cuts. Limited solely to subscribers of Practical Hi-Fi and Hi-Fi today magazine.
This was cut from the original UK master tape, through an all valve (tube) mastering, with no limiting. They utilized ICI pure vinyl compound to cut dead silent pressings.
In other words these were the Mobile Fidelity One Step box sets of their day but cut at half the capacity of the original MOFI run. As a Beatles piece this is one of the rarest and most collectible given the limited audience and pressing size.
Condition: Sealed presumed mint. This has been kept safely from an impeccable Beatles collectors stash for the past 38 years.
Jacket: Original shrink with Nimbus gold seal, has a few small areas were the shrink has come off. Never opened.
