THIS IS A REALLY NICE COPY OF A STILL SEALED FORST PRESSING WITH THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER. 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING ON COLUMBIA RECORDS (#KC-32280) WITH THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER AND ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER AFFIXED TO THE FRONT COVER. 

THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PRESSING LP FROM 1973 THAT IS STILL FACTORY SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP.  

I OBTAINED THIS LP SOMETIME IN THE 1970s AND I NEVER OPENED IT.  

THIS IS NOT A RECORD CLUB COPY, A RECENT RECORD STORE DAY RELEASE OR 180 GRAM REISSUE. 

THERE ARE NO CUT-OUT CLIPS OR PUNCH HOLES.
THERE ARE A FEW SMALL TEARS THROUGHOUT THE SHRINK WRAP. AND SOME OF THE CORNERS ARE DINGED AND HAVE POKED THROUGH THE SHRINK WRAP.  (please see pics) 
IT IS FOR THESE REASONS I AM GRADING THE COVER AS "NEAR MINT" INSTEAD OF MINT. 
THE HYPE STICKER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH TYPICAL WEAR FORM AGE.  (please see pics)
Up for sale is one(1) Paul Simon - There Goes Rhymin Simon LP from 1973 on Columbia Records (#KC-32280).
The cover is in NEAR MINT condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, small dings, dings, ring wear, etc... all of which are typical. 
The vinyl and any inserts are assumed to be mint as this is still sealed.
