Comments: Up for grabs is Pedro The Lion’s out of print concept album “Control”. Bazan, Walsh, and company come up with a story about a couple who takes control of their lives and the disastrous results that follow them in their selfish choices. It is on Coke bottle translucent clear wax. The record is in very good condition on the A-side and good condition on the B-side. The first side plays flawlessly, just a hint of surface noise. The B-side has a few noticeable scratches and marks that cause random popping and skips. “Rehearsal” has a skip. As well, “Second Best” has two places that skip. “Priests and Paramedics” skips also, in two places. “Rejoice” ends the album nicely with no skips. The cover is still wrapped in the original plastic cellophane. There is a slight tear in the wrap at the top, so it’s been kept in a plastic outer sleeve. The corners are bent and the edge of the sleeve on the front is slightly frayed but just worn. Other than that, it’s perfect. Comes with the booklet containing lyrics and liner notes like the CD. Get this amazing record on vinyl.

I have played many of these records personally and taken the time give an accurate grading. I played them on a very cheap belt-driven Sony turntable. If you have better equipment, most of these will probably sound or play better than they did for me. What you are bidding on is an actual portrayal of what you will receive. I do my best to describe everything I sell in accurate and honest detail. If the items say new, they are new. If items are used, I make every effort to be as precise as possible. LP’s will be shipped in a sturdy vinyl mailer outside of the cover in an inner-sleeve (unless sealed) between one or two pieces of cardboard (depending on the number of LP’s in the mailer). 7” or 45’s are shipped between two pieces of cardboard in a bubble mailer (sorry, I’m out of those mailers).
Delivery confirmation and insurance are optional but must be requested upon auction ending. It is not necessary but highly encouraged due to the carelessness of the United States Postal Service. Rates are as follows:
