Per Gessle from Roxette and his new record from 2017: "En vacker dag".
Exclusive has it been signed by Per on the front sleeve, see Picture! Signed by Per when he promoted his record and signed some in a recordstore here in Sweden where I bought it last year. Rare.
The cover has a seamsplit, or a beginning to a seamsplit on top of cover for about a few centimeters and also a seamsplit about 6 centimeters on the innersleeve, please see Picture. Besides this the cover is MINT, but due to this I grade the cover to EXC.
Condition record/sleeve: EXC.+/EXC. Check my other rare items.
