Recorded 1923--Gus Aiken (cornet), Bud Aiken (trombone), Garvin Bushell (clarinet, alto sax), (piano). (banjo)
Visually, the record is V+. The shellac is brown. I played the record and it played to grade. The music was strong and undistorted. The surface noise was a bit louder on "Fade Away" and there was a passing dig, about half way through that ticked 3 times, moderately.
I will be auctioning over the coming months, in conjunction with Ebay seller stereojacks, a massive pre-war jazz and blues 78 rpm collection. We plan to both run lists every week, so check back and take a look at stereojacks as well.
78s are graded in accordance with the VJM grading system.
