If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you must notify us by telephone on 0800 157 7266, within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and obtain a Return Authorisation Number.

We will arrange a collection for you and you will be liable for the cost of return carriage which will be deducted from any refund.

Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen.

Christmas items may not be returned after 25th December unless damaged or faulty.

We will process your refund within 30 days of the notification. If your order is damaged or faulty in any way please call us immediately on 0800 157 7264. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
