Things May Come And Things May Go But The Art School Dance Goes On Forever - Harvest SHVL 768 Original Pressing.

This is the first LP by Pete Brown & Piblokto, a band Pete Brown put together after being kicked out of his previous band, the Battered Ornaments. They did him a favour actually, as this band was much better musically and provided a superb accompaniment to his unique lyrics. No one else writes lines like 'the crate of tomorrow's promises arrived in another town'. In Jim Mullen, who was an excellent and highly distinctive guitarist, he found a songwriting partner truly worthy of his talents. This is a fine record and many were surprised how good it was at the time it was released in 1970.

Condition:  Vinyl is in VG+ condition, plays VG++. This has been played a lot as there is not much shine, but there are no scratches or wear. There are some surface marks that do not affect play and some spindle marks. It plays very well, with some slight occasional surface noise and the odd click and pop now and then. 

Sleeve is VG++.  Just the slightest wear on the laminated front, and the gatefold interior is excellent. No tears or sticker marks.
