This Is A Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Sample Sticker is on Back Part of Picture Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (Having Light Ring-wears).
