Peter Best - BEST of the Beatles - Vinyl LP Savage Records B M 71.The vinyl is in excellent condition albeit with some surface marks/light scratches discernible on inspection under strong light. It has been relatively lightly played for its vintage. On play grading it played very well with very little lessening in sound quality. The cover is in very good condition. It has some noticeable spine, edge and corner wear including a more moderate scuff to top edge and the occasional crease/blemish to front and back. To the back there is a light and inconspicuous closed tear of about 2cm roughly half way down on the right hand margin next to right hand photo as can be seen in listing photo. There is also some obscuring of the word 'the' in the words 'And then to the "cavern"' which appears to be inherent in the printing process. Nevertheless, the cover has worn well for its vintage, particularly having regard to the vulnerability to wear and blemishes of such unlaminated white backs. The plain white paper inner will need replacing as it has split entirely on one side and has a 14cm split on another side, some moderate creasing/yellowing and the occasional small tear.
