Cover art varies by copy because it was silk-screened by hand.
The back cover has a sticker which corrects an error in the original printing where Jim Baker's name was omitted from Side B's credits (see image). This is still sealed MINT! Sleeve is super sharp! Bending in corner is simply light reflecting off of the sealed plastic shrink-wrap (optical illusion). No bends or dull corners!
