- Record: VG+VG+ (Very faint surface noise on both sides, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides has some stress marks around center hole)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Has few creases on front with wear on binding side. Some creases along top back edge and bottom. Couple scratches on back. Tear on bottom right edge on back. There is an angle piece off at top right that goes through to the pages and back cover)
- Book: VG (Angle piece off of all pages at top right. Tiny crease at bottom corner of pages. Crease from top to bottom on outside edge of all pages)
