- Labels: VGVG (Both sides have some pitting. Side A has a tiny piece of the label that come away from the bottom)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on both sides from the record. Wear along the edges and corners with some tears and some tape along the bottom edge. A piece of the top right corner torn off)
