• Cover: VG+VG+ (Tiny bit of wear along the edges and corners. There are two pin holes near the top left corner. There are some dirt marks on both sides. Some surface wear on both sides from the record.)
• Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
• Labels: VG++VG++
