Philips Minigroove A 00150-53. Maroon silver labels. Dutch pressings. This is the rare first edition on 4 discs.

Willem Mengelberg conducting the Concertgebouw Orchestra. With Karl Erb, Willem Ravelli, Jo Vincent, Hermann Schey, Louis Zimmermann, violin, Piet van Egmond, organ and others.

The famous Palm Sunday 1939 recordings edited by Philips in the early fifties.

Complete with booklet. All discs in their original brown innersleeves.

Vinyl plays in general EX+ condition. Smooth surfaces. No scratches. No pressing bubbles. A few faint non-audible scuffs. A few spindle marks on the labels. No distortion when playing.

A fantastic copy of a memorabilic performance.

Box has no corner-splits. Perfect spine. Some minor wear on the backside. Rating box EX+. Complete with booklet which has red linings in the text to mark the changes of the sides.
