**IMPORTANT**
This single was much bootlegged due to its rarity and although I bought this one in good faith I really am unsure whether its a 70s copy or not. Ive read a lot and looked at several actual reproduction versions however the ones Ive seen don't have the words 'Plug Side' on the 'A' side label. However this might just be a different boot.
The original and extremely rare Promo copies have what is described as a small 'R' in a circle on the run out. This version has something like that but I cant decide (see pics).
Because the labels have what looks like water damage it makes it harder to tell.
Most other repros/boots tend to get listed in the US as Mint condition. This one is EX- (Playgrade) and VG+ visually and certainly has been around for a while before I bought it.
The run out has the number 101994 and the wording SHOUT S-244/s200096 scratched further around.
Because I don't want to mis-represent this I'm listing it at Reproduction price and not as a guaranteed 1970 release (which would be five times as much) meaning you can get your own vinyl copy at a bargain price.
To be brutally honest its such a good single either way that I'm in half a mind to keep it if it doesn't sell. original or copy doesn't stop this being a fantastic listen and a great dancer thats rare in whatever form. Anyway if you're still interested then read on below for the details:

Mitchells legendary Northern Soul smash "Free For All (Winner Take All)", Promo originally released on Shout Records in 1970. The record was Tony Jebb's ultimate anthem in the early days of Blackpool Mecca, and it became an absolute icon of the Northern Soul Scene.
'A' Side: 'Free For All (Winner Takes All)' Playgrades at EX
'B' Side: 'Flower Child' Playgrades at EX-
Vinyl visual grading VG+
Labels condition: VG- overall (some water damage and small writing on 'A' side. Minor Label bubbling on 'B' side)

I ALWAYS Playgrade my vinyl because with old vinyl they can look mint but sound crackly whilst they can look VG but play a higher grade. My gradings are per Rare Record Collector scale but I'm aware that my ears are not yours so there may be slight differences of opinion (usually a plus or minus grade).
I playgrade the 'A' sides only excepting where I list as a double sider (like this one).
I am happy to combine postage with additional singles just 50 pence extra. Postage is always 'signed for' as standard.
