Comments: The record conditions are as follows: Record 1 - Side 1 is VG+, Side 2 is NM, Record 2 - Side 1 is NM and Side 2 is NM, Record 3 - Side 1 is NM and Side 2 is VG because it has a visible scratch across three tracks, but still plays fine. I listed the cover as near mint, but I wanted to mention that there are scuffs at each top side of the cover.
Conditions
Mint or M= like new, no scratches, no rips, no tears, no writing
Near Mint or NM = May have a couple light scratches on the record, might show discoloration or aging on the cover
Very Good or VG = May have several light scratches on the record, writing, etc.., may have a small tear on the cover
Good or G = Several scratches on both sides of the record, many tears on the cover, writing, etc...
