Description
Here is a truly great and scarce recording by the late Pierre Fournier, the master cellist, playing favorite pieces by Bach, Chopin, Faure, Haydn, Saint-Saens, etc., accompanied by Gerald Moore on piano. The heavy UK vinyl is a strong VG+, very clean and glossy with scarcely a hairline, plays wonderfully. The cover is VG with some slight issues, the bottom right hand corner is split nearly three inches in and there is some light foxing along the bottom edge, there is a half inch seam split to the top right and a bit of sticker residue towards the top front as you can see in the photos. The dowel spine is fully intact and legible with no issues at all, the heavy plastic lined sleeve is in nice shape as well.
