Description
Once again I am indebted to the eBay community. This is a situation where I was uncertain of exactly what I was selling. Here is a sealed copy of the classic Pink Floyd album, A Saucerful Of Secrets. I had researched the album on Discogs.com. My research led me to believe that this was an original. However, a fellow eBayer has informed me otherwise. I will quote the message he sent: I read your description and have a few things to add, this is a re-issue, i have a copy here, if you actually open the seal, it may even be on coloured vinyl, mine is green, the easiest way to tell is the lp has no flipbacks, the original issues had flipback[ ie fold around] covers. later issues didn't, from memory, the mono issues didn't have "also available in stereo" on the back as in the uk, only mono was issued to start with, having said all that, these are lovely copies with the same original formatted labels
So, with that information I am re-listing this album. Along with the Piper album, this was one of the arguably greatest psychedelic albums ever. The creativity of Syd Barrett is evident throughout both albums. The album is still sealed in the original album plastic wrapper. There is a small amount of wear on each corner. The cover grades NM.
