DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Animals LP. 1st UK pressing with A2U/B3U matrix, gatefold sleeve with wide spine and pleated front opening edge. Thick card printed inner sleeve with 9" thumb notch to top edge. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a nice dark sheen. Played passages of this tonight. Sits flat on turntable for side 1 playback and displays a very light non-sounding edgewarp on side 2 playback..  Music is loud, clean and clear with a trace of background sound in some of the quietest passages. Cover is in very nice clean condition. It has  only light edge-wear , light  corner-wear and minimal creasing.  Light wear and great shape retained to fully legible wide spine.  Very clean inside to gatefold. It has 2 small areas of loss of print to rear of sleeve- on top edge, it looks like a print fault not print tears..  Printed inner has a split to one edge and near splits to centre of the other 2 edges.  Immaculately clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Check out the photos.  
GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.

I have many rarities in fantastic condition from many genres including blues, punk, metal, britpop, progressive, kraut, classic and hard rock.
