RE-LISTED DUE TO (REPEATED) NON-PAYING WINNER OF THE PREVIOUS LISTING. HE HAS NOW BEEN BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDS AND REPORTED TO EBAY.
I am in the process of selling a large (130+) collection of Pink Floyd albums. Some brand new, some first or early UK pressings. Add me as a favourite seller to get new listing messages.

This example comes with some rare extras and has been fully play-graded both sides. All of my gradings are strictly to record collector guidelines. However, if you do not agree with my gradings once receiving any albums, just contact me and I offer a free return and refund policy, I do not however deal with part refunds. I try to grade accurately and unfortunately some people try and squeeze a part refund without just cause. Please read my feedback carefully to understand the standards I always adhere to. Thankyou.
- Cover is in absolutely superb condition. It is the genuine very first example with the left side sealed with a folded over flap and wide spine. It has no shelf-wear at all to any edges or the spine. Colours are vivid. Corners are sharp and lead edges are great. There is a nice touch of authenticity to the rear face, where the original record store attached a small sticker (clearly shown in the photos). The record store in question ceased trading in 1979 sadly. This cover actually looks as if it has just left that record store for the first time. It is immaculate. The cover grades as excellent plus (Ex+).
- Inner sleeve is the original lyric sheet inner. In quite superb condition with no damage of any kind to mention. Inner sleeve grades as excellent plus (Ex+).
- Vinyl is really clean with no worrying marks, just one tiny (un-feelable) blemish on side two. Retains a deep black sheen. Labels show just a couple of spindle trails per side. Matrices are A-2U and B-2U, so the genuine first UK matrices.
- As a visual grading, this ranks as at least excellent.
- The play-grading reveals this to be a really cracking copy. Apart from the very first part of side one this plays just about perfectly, Side one starts with some very light background noise that is never intrusive, but is there in the background. Once this fully clears inside the first minute, the audio performance is sublime, and so so quiet. In my play-grading notebook I graded side one as an easy excellent and side two an easy excellent plus. The detail and soundstage created is pretty phenomenal and if you can find a better copy......buy it! Audio grading side 1 is excellent. Side 2 excellent plus (Ex/Ex+).
- Included in the sale is an original 1977 tour programme. A nice item to keep with the album. Packed with great photos and also in great undamaged condition.
- I have also included a brand new coaster, 3 postcards and a new gel pen. These are all mint and unused, and all depict the artwork from the album.
So, all in all, a superb example of this classic album. Being an original UK first press, and now 48 years old and in this condition, it is a great addition to ANY collection.
My records are posted out very quickly and extremely well packaged. Vinyl travels outside of the sleeve, packed in a new anti-static inner and new polythene outer sleeve.
I post worldwide, (in Europe and beyond using UPS who are superb) but do not post to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. My postage within Europe is around £16 for up to 4 albums (or 2 double albums). I can only insert the Euro postage costs on here, so for outside of the Euro-zone, please wait for my invoice before trying to pay. The rest of the world is around £26 for an album, rising only very slightly for more than 2 albums. All of my packages are sent tracked.
