Description
I'm now listing about 200 rock and pop LPs from the 70's and 80's. A friends partner is expecting his first child at age 60 and needs to raise some money. Most of these are Excellent to Near Mint condition with the original shrink wrap, if they came with it. Some were bought in South Africa so English albums, not wrapped for domestic consumption, will have it if exported from the UK. Most of these records have been played once or twice to put them on cassette tape and again to convert to mp3. In the mean time they have been stored upright in soft plastic sleeves in stackable record containers.
This is a copy of the LP Animals by Pink Floyd, first US issue from 1977 on Columbia JC 34474.
The stamped and etched matrix nos. are AL 34474 - 2H 1 S D 14 and BL 34474 - 2F 2 S 12
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are spotless with no stains, stickers, spindle lines, writing or scuffs.
The gatefold cover is in Excellent condition with most of the original shrink wrap. There are no tears, scuffs, writing, stains, stickers, shelf wear or ring wear. The spine is perfectly readable and the cardboard feels sharp and fresh. There is just a little chipping to the print on the top 1.5 cm. of the spine.
The printed lyric card inner sleeve is in Excellent condition with just a very faint impression of the record inside starting to show through on each side. Once again the card feel sharp and fresh.
Comes from a smoke free home.
