Description

1977 1st issue on UK Harvest. Matrix 3/4. Would have been pressed whilst this title charted originally. The vinyl comes with an original wide spine heavy card cover. There's also the bespoke inner sleeve. 100% genuine and 100% complete.

Vinyl (Ex) Only light careful use. Plays Excellent throughout - I mean Excellent. A real collector piece. Not much background at all. And that's the problem with this title...even moderate use or an inconsiderate owner will quickly deteriorate this title due to it lowkey fussy nature. A copy that plays excellent throughout is a rarity and means it has been cared for over an extremely long time frame. Think about it ..truly....how many copies REALLY will honestly play like this. NOT MANY! So, do not underestimate a proper grading from us - one that an audiophile can rely upon. Without getting disappointed the other side. Purchase - sit back - smug in the fact you have snagged a great playing original copy. Little to turn your nose up at. A few brief and minor static crackles in one brief [super fussy] spot midway through side 2. A couple of super light ticks side 2...I.e. hardly anything. THIS TITLE IS A MASTERPIECE BY FLOYD - do you wanna hear it on an inferior copy.?..No, I don't think so. To be honest - Animals doesn't surface playing any better than this. THIS - is about a good as it gets.
Cover (Vg+) Nice and tidy and has not been abused. Not much sign of surface wear - which is very nice to see. Overall very nice condition. A little bit of edge wear in places nothing worrisome. Very nice interior. Spine isin excellent order with just slight wear. Overall tge cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Superb - almost faultless....which is quite unusual.
