Description
Animals original 1st Issue from 1977 on the UK Harvest label. Matrix A-2U/B-3U. Stampers 2&3. The heavy duty record comes housed in the original, 7701, Garrod & Lofthouse wide-spine thick card gatefold cover. Also included is the original inner sleeve with 9 inch slot and rounded corners. 100% complete & 100% original. But even better - It's an absolutely stunning copy....You will never beat the audio on offer here....it's sublime.
Vinyl (Ex+) Judging by the labels this LP has seen very very minimal use indeed. It really is in stunning condition and looks shiny like new. I can barely see a single mark even under close inspection. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent. The audio is sublime....full range, rich, and vibrant. There's very little interference at all throughout the entire record, just the occasional ultra-light static crackles, but they are very infrequent and barely even audible. Alot of the music on this LP is very low-key so it really does benefit from an ultra clean rendition...I imagine it would be difficult to beat the audio on offer here...period.
Cover (Vg+) Again, this cover is very well preserved. There's a touch of light edgewear and there is a stiker removal mark in the top-right. Please note whilst the spine is entirely intact it has faded. Overall the cover maintains excellent rigidity and the colours on the front and back are still lush and vibrant. A great example of a cover which often succumbs to significant wear.
Inner (Ex) A couple of light creases, but in otherwise excellent condition. No splits.
