DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd LP- Atom Heart Mother. In gatefold sleeve. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest EMI SHVL 781 YEAR OF RELEASE: Later 70s/early ?80s issue of 1970 original. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/G+ (please read on, my grading is strict). Vinyl is very clean with a decent sheen.. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds excellent. Clear and loud with good seperation. Only a very occasional soft tick in the very quietest passages. Cover is firm and square and has only light edgewear (2" split to centre back edge hence low grade) , cornerwear and creasing. Clean labels. Very clean inside gatefold. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PROG/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
