AUDIOPHILE VINYL
You are bidding on two Pink Floyd albums – Wish You Were Here and The Wall. This is a rare opportunity!
Wish You Were Here is a half-speed master album on anti-static vinyl and is truly wonderful to listen to.
The Wall is a Japanese vinyl pressing of the classic album.
The albums covers are heavier cardboard then regular albums and have been kept in protective plastic sleeves. They are manufactured on superior vinyl. These records have not seen the light of day for twenty years or more and are in near mint condition.
If you have seen my other vinyl auctions you know I was a bit of a freak when it came to my audiophile records. I tracked each time a record was played.
1) Wish You Were Here
Columbia Records HC 33453 - Has been played eight times.
2) The Wall
CBS/Sony 40AP 1750-1 – Has been played nine times.

I was going through more items in my collection and found these two items.
1) A tri-fold handout received at the premiere of the film The Wall in Westwood, California in August 1982.
I used to have about 30 of them, but they seemed to have disappeared in my moves around the world. Anyway, on the outside it has the movie graphic, some stills from the production, and simple credits. On the inside is a listing of the complete cast with credits and a short synopsis of the film by Alan Parker.
2) The book – Pink Floyd: The Wall.
This is a first printing by Avon Printing, August, 1982. This work had never before appeared in book form and is stated as such inside the first few pages. The book contains the complete lyrics of The Wall and key action stills from the film shot on location and in the studio. Also includes many illustrations by Gerald Scarfe.
As you can see in the picture the cover has some slight wear, but inside is in perfect condition.
