Back Cover: Catalog number at the top. Record company information at the bottom. "Printed in U.S.A." at the bottom center.
Black Harvest label with prism. Text around bottom edge of label starts at 8 o'clock and says: Mfd. by Capitol Records, Inc., a subsidiary of Capitol Industries, Inc., U.S.A. - ® Capitol Marca Reg - U.S. Pat. No. 2,631,859

Vinyl Grade (see my grading scale below): Visual VG++. Play tested. The only issue is the playing of the first track "Speak To Me" has some light ticks and pops throughout, but looks clean visually. After that, there are a few light ticks or pops, but nothing major.
Label Description: A few light spindle marks.
Cover Description: Pretty clean. Some light/very light wear. A few light indentations. Corners have light wear.
Ships in plain white inner sleeve. NO INSERTS/POSTERS.

Visual gradings only on LP's. I don't grade labels and will describe separately.
Please note that I've listened to thousands of records and there may be a certain degree of surface noise regardless of the condition.
Mint: Looks unplayed or still sealed. Rarely use this grading.
NM: Clean, shiny. May be a few very light marks.
VG++: Better than VG+, but not quite NM.
VG+: May show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches.
VG: Still a good record and plays OK. May be starting to lack gloss and noticeable noise in softer passages. May have a scuff or scratch that can be felt with finger.
VG- (VG minus): Has scratches, scuffs or wear that causes some surface noise.
G: Scratchy, rough. Plays through without skipping.
P (Poor): Collection Filler. Any LP's listed less than G will only be listed to fill a collection. Will do my best to describe.
