Pink Floyd DARK SIDE OF THE MOON UK SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE

Sleeve – the non laminated gatefold sleeve is in beautiful condition with no ring wear, colour loss or marks, the only crease is a half inch one near the spine which is hardly noticeable, there is slight wear on the bottom edge of the spine from rubbing on the shelf. The spine is square and straight. The left side of the sleeve has the glued in flipback, but at some point someone has unsealed it to see if there was anything inside, this has caused no damage and could be just glued back. As for colour I can’t honestly tell if its dark blue or black, I have seen both sleeves together in the past and the colours are close. If I had to I would say it was black but I can’t be sure. I’m being cautious.

 

Labels – Original first issue solid blue triangle, no marks and only the lightest spindle marks.

 

Inner Sleeve - Original Black Inner Sleeve with Patent Numbers 1125555 AND 1072804 on the left and "MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN" on the right. No splits, tears, creases or marks.

 

Vinyl – Vinyl is clean and bright with no scratches or marks.

 

Audio – The album sounds great with no pops, clicks or jumps and only the slightest of background noise in the quietest passages. I have just played the album to be sure.

 

There are no posters or stickers with the album, we're pretty sure they are in the house somewhere but we can’t find them which is really annoying. It’s got to the point where we have given up on them, but if they did turn up I would of course offer them to the winning bidder. It’s possible but unlikely though.

 

I’m selling this and other albums for my brother, I was with him when he bought this album and he always recorded to tape and then stored the albums so it has had very little play.

 

I always play records just once prior to selling to check quality
