DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Dark Side Of The Moon. Very early UK press with A3/B2 matrix and "The Gramophone Co"  label text..  This comes in the blue tinged gate fold  sleeve. Its quite obviously blue tinged, many are less so. This comes complete with 2 original posters and stickers and the correct black poly lined inner. I also found a detached circular dark side sticker in the sleeve, it may or may not be from this copy.  Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double.  LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 804 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is clean with a nice sheen. It is not too far off a visual EX grade, only a few light hairlines prevent this.  Played in its entirety tonight  on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. One of the best sounding copies I have had of this- and i have heard a lot.  It sounds really clear, clean , vibrant and loud.  Even the intro to "Speak To Me" and the piano only part of the intro to "The Great Gig In The Sky" play really clear.  No pressing fault on "Money", Plays through great.  Blue tinged cover is in a little better than average  shape.  It is  firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear (couple of strips of moderate  near corners),  moderate corner wear and light creasing. Spine retains decent shape. Inside of gate fold is clean except for 2 black ink marks that run along the bar in the centre of the sleeve. Posters are both EX with little sign that they have ever left the sleeve. One of the stickers has foxing to front also. Black inner is EX with light wear and no splits. Nice clean labels- check out the photos.  No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Really nice clean sounding complete early 1970s UK copy. . I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
