Description

An original French 1973 1st pressing by Marconi. How? The very 1st copies in France carried the UK catalogue number on the labels [SHVL 804]. After the 1st press they got their own French catalogue sequence. Matrix B21/A21.The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. No particular need to spend £1k on a UK first press - unless you really feel the need. No Posters- Both stickers are present. Just some analogue goodness from an original 1973 copy without takjng out a mortgage! And it will sound fab!
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In super condition and ha sonly seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation per side. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A lovely clean player by and large. Minimal background. A slight bit of presence in one isolated spot per side. A couple of minor ticks early side 1. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex-) Very smart looking surfaces flat and without much sign of creasing. Expect the cover to look marginally better than the photos. Interior well smart. A touch of slight edge wear in a couple of spots - minimal. Spine is 90% legible with a bit of lightest wear. Overall the cover retains verygood rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Fragile, but in excellent condition. No splits.
