Description

An original DSOTM from the late 70's on UK EMI. Matrix 9/7. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included is an original inner sleeve. THAT's all though. None of the stickers/posters etc.
Vinyl (Ex-/Vg+) In great shape and has only seen light use. Under close inspection nothing more than a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAREXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of minor deviations. A very nice clean player - for the most part - and you're really going to need that on this incredibly fussy title. When on song this copy can deliver a superb rendition. I picked out some background static in TIME. It's audible in the long intro and at other quiet moments in the song. Nothing invasive - it's just not playing quite as clean in those moments. Not perfect, but a highly accomplished player for sure.
Cover (Ex) Bit of a stunner and difficult to find lie this for a number of reasons. But this example is exhibiting lovely deep blacks without the usual surface wear you often find. The interior is impeccable. Edge wear is almost totally absent - this is highly unusual. The spine is fully intact without wear. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Minimal ageing. No splits.
