Description

An original April 1974 analogue cut A3/B3.The A3 B3 is considered by many purists to be the finest analogue cut of dsotm. And it most certainly wins the bang for buck contest easily...  How can we be sure its as early as Apr 1974? Because as Emi switched label design from Gramophone to Emi they goofed up the initial labels and managed to leave Made in Gt Britain on them twice! It comes housed in an original gatefold cover with sealed left panel... We also have the original EMI inner too.  No posters and No stickers...just  pure analogue magic>>>>.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few uber superficial trace markings per side - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation . Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity...unbelievable analogue sound....Important to find it clean as if not it will very quickly start to inhibit the audio experience. .  Would be hard just finding one this clean - it's about as solid/clean rendition as Ithey go. The only thing i could pickout the whole way through was a touch of brief presence in a couple of the quitest moments.. A super copy whichever way you look at it<<<< In the grand hall of Dsotm bangers...this stands up amongst the best.
Cover (Ex-) A clean and unworn front an rear - just slight graze mark on rear.   Superb all round and interior....Perfectly flat. I can blend in that scratch mark and improve the edges.....a clean interior. The spine exhibits some wear...but again...i can t.lidy ghis up a great deal.. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
