I bought this OMR of DSM NEW in 1986, when I was collecting copies of this record from all over the world.
IT HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED, so it has, for 33 years, been the rarest and most valuable of gems in my collection.
But time marches on, and the 4-5 other versions of DSM that I have (Screaming Abdabs, UHQR, 20th anniversary edition, gold CD, etc.) are sufficient for me at this juncture.
So up for your consideration is this unopened OMR of DSM, manufactured in the 80s by Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs; pictures show quality and condition faithfully; plastic wrap is 'fair' there are some very small tears in the corners (shown) there is a "hole punch" size-hole (one) on front and (one on) back of plastic wrap, which was fairly common in the Mobile Fidelity offerings of the time... so they are, 'original'.
'Shelf-wear' is pretty obvious on plastic sleeve, but I can't detect any on the proper cardboard sleeve, but to be realistic, I've been schlepping it around for 3 decades, so it's as mint as can be expected given this history.
The cover appears near mint - the corners are clean, though one appears to have VERY slight denting on the last 1/4" - shown in photos - preeeeeeetty subtle, but this is the only thing which I can see through the plastic that is anything less than MINT.
Needless to say, the inner-sleeves and record are all mint, and frankly, no one outside of the factory has ever seen them...
