Description
The 1st UK pressing of Pink Floyd The Dark Side if the Moon Vinyl LP released in March, 1973.
Solid blue 1st press labels with a 'Midnight Blue' tint sleeve. Matrix Numbers A2,B2.
The vinyl is glossy and bright with a deep-sheen throughout. It has some light marks,small surface scratches, wispy hairlines and sleeve removal marks and is a really nice example of this highly sought after LP celebrating the 50th Anniversary this year.
The Labels look great with just a couple of spider trails.
Visually Graded as Very Good+.
There is some light background noise and static during the quieter moments of the Album which is very common with this record.
Mainly at the start and end of both sides but also through 'Breathe' and during the intro to 'Us and Them', but this does not overpower the overall sound quality of the Album which still sounds great.
The record is rated Very Good on playback.
There is no factory skip at the start of 'Money'
Both Posters are included. There is a black black poly-lined inner sleeve, but this is not the original.
The 'midnight blue' tinted sleeve grades as Very Good with wear to the corners and some ring wear as seen in the photos provided.
Both posters have no tears, folds, or pin holes and are rated Excellent.
The black poly-lined inner has some minor creasing the lining is fully intact and in Excellent Condition overall.

Mint (M)The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be graded as Mint.
Excellent (EX)The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG)The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
Good (G)The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits.
