Here we have for auction a very rare item that may appeal to all you 'old hippies' out there!

Pink Floyd 'Dark Side of the Moon'

(Yes the label really is in b/w!!!)

....in discrete 4-channel sound on a Quadrasonic 8-track!

Quadraphonic / Quadrasonic 8-tracks surfaced briefly in the 1970s offering the best way to get proper 4-channel sound. Only problem was the format (inherently hissy at 3 3/4 ips with no noise reduction) and the fact that you had to buy a special 4-channel 8-track player! I used to have one of these but it seems to have vanished in the mists of time, so I am now having a clearout and offer several of these rare collector's items (?) for auction. As I don't have a player any more, I have no way of checking whether this tape is OK, but all I can tell you that it has been stored inside my house - not in the loft or in some damp basement or in a garage - for the last 25 odd years. Tape is not mangled in any way. Working on my (new) principle that if I haven't used it for a year it goes, these definitely have to!
