Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon Solid Blue Triangle UK 1st press SHVL 804
The record is in very good condition. It is clean, flat and shiny. On close inspection there are some light sleeve marks that make little or no contribution to the sound. There are, however, two feelable marks that can be heard as a faint click during the quiet parts of "The Great Gig in the Sky" and "Us and Them". The click is not particularly intrusive but it is audible. There are no sticks or jumps and the lp is free from distortion.
The labels are in very good condition. There are spindle marks indicating a number of plays but little wear to the hole. There is a slight scratch to the edge of one label. Otherwise they are excellent.
The cover is in very good condition. It is the correct moonlight blue colour unlike the later black issues and has the sealed gatefold indicating a 1st pressing. There are no rips or tears. There is some ring wear to both front and back and some creasing to the bottom right corner (and the bottom left rear. The inner is the correct black poly lined one and is also in good condition with just some light creasing and wear to the edges.
The posters and stickers are all present and correct for this pressing. They are in excellent condition.
This is probably not a final upgrade copy - it is not mint - but does make an excellent listening copy.
