Very Rare UK 1st Press complete with Correct early issued Garrod & Lofthouse Matt Midnight Blue Gatefold Cover , Original black poly-lined inner sleeve with white lower print , 2 Original Posters with white border, 2 original night and day pyramid stickers and the very earliest pressed vinyl with the solid blue labels and all in NICE CONDITION!Most music lovers will be aware of this all time classic lp which has broken so many world records in sales, charts , popularity statistics etc etc ( a personal favourite of mine ) This masterpiece was released in March 1973 but the band had played several numbers on the circuit in 1972 under the title ' Eclipse - A piece for assorted Lunatics ' A fantastic creation of Genius that deals with the burdons of everyday life that drive people to insanity !
There are many releases of this album in just about every country but this is the holy-grail original UK 1st Pressing with the quickly withdrawn solid blue triangle label variant ( which was quickly re-worked to the transparant varaint - due to the difficulty in reading the track listings )

This is an original matt midnight blue Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold cover, right-hand side opening . This cover has survived very well by most standards , it's not the most durable type of cover and most are extremely worn with storage / handling use / ring wear etc but this is clean and bright both inside and out.There are some very light storage wear marks but these are very minor and it looks better 'in the flesh' than on the images ! there are no tears, stains or writing present and it still has the promo sticker attached, overall a very nice example and well above the average condition offered with nothing more than a couple of light bruises to the corners (see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION !
VINYLBoth sides still retain a deep rich glossy shine and look very clean with nothing more visable than a tiny scuff mark across the middle of ' on the run ' This causes a couple of clicks / tick noises on several revolutions but nothing more No skips or jumps and otherthan this tiny scuff mark both playing surfaces are in very clean and bright condition.All other tracks play through with nice clear audio with just some light crackle briefly here and there, this is mainly due to dust causing a little static and not groove wear or distortion.Overall a very nice example that's well above the average condition offered ! just let down a little by one tiny scuff mark.Visualy side 1 VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION / side 2 EXCELLENT CONDITION and Audibly side 1 VERY GOOD PLUS side 2 EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION Both sides could be improved with cleaning ) see-pics

Original earliest solid blue triangle ! both labels are in super clean condition with no stickers, writing , stains or wear to the centre hole ! there are some faint spindle traces but only visable on angled viewing in direct light . Overall a very clean and bright set EXCELLENT CONDITION !
INNER Original black poly-lined inner sleeve with the Patent No and Made in Great Britain lower print, again this inner is in clean shape with nothing more to fault than some creasing ( see-pic ) POSTER Both original posters are present and in un-spoilt condition , no tears, tape marks or pin holes ! Original white border with catalogue number in the lower corner ! very clean and bright with nothing more to fault than the original folds they come with ( see-pics ) STICKERS Both original 'night and day ' pyramid stickers are present and in bright and clean shape , no tears , stains , writing etc and just a couple of faint creases , super condition ! ( see-pics) DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS CLASSIC FLOYD HOLY-GRAIL ITEM , WHICH IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ALL ORIGINAL COMPONENTS AND IN NICE CLEAN CONDITION !!!
