Description
Up for auction here is the Pink Floyd's classic 'Meddle' album. This is the Japanese first edition red vinyl pressing and is one of the most sought after red vinyl Japanese Floyd albums, and along with the usual large OBI, this one also includes the promo red tour OBI which was issued to celebrate the Floyd's tour there in 1971, it says 'Welcome' in Japanese. It also comes with an impressive 10 page insert with pics of the band, lyrics in Japanese & English, a discography etc etc. And this one also still has the (often missing) full colour one page extra insert featuring a photo of the band playing at the Hakone Aphrodite Festival.
The condition of the vinyl is absolutely stone Mint. The cover, OBI's and inserts are a very strong EX++ to near mint (the only flaws I can find are the slightest corner and edge wear - but this is very minimal. I think it would be hard to find a better one!!
Catalogue No: OP-80375
Price on OBI: Y2000 (denotes first issue)
