Description
Title: Music from the film 'More' Label: Columbia Cat Number: SCX6346 Matrices: Side 1 YAX 3868 1-G; Side 2 YAX 3869 1-G
A good early pressing copy of Pink Floyd classic 'More' , from my personal collection. Details would all suggest a first pressing except for the silver/black label and emi box so i suspect a 2nd/3rd pressing but no later - and 'jury' seems to disagree on the details of pressings ...whatever it is a great album to play and have. Green tinted rear cover , west facing couple etc.
Condition
Cover: VG , not pristine but certainly at least very good bar the wear on the rear spine flipback - see picture
Vinyl: VG/EX hardly any marks visible clean and bright with sheen, and plays through beautifully as the day it was bought i suggest
Label: clean again with all in order no writing or marks etc.
Inner sleeve : VG/G i'd say original EMI sleeve that does show signs of age but still whole and respectable
I try to grade conservatively using the ebay guide as below but please do view the pictures for details, if you wish for any others please ask.
"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint; EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing; VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable; GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc; FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced; POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing; BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler." All records will be packed and posted carefully and securely in reinforced cardboard mailers. Please note international postage will normally be be "International signed for" . If any item is not as you feel it was described please contact me and I will endeavour to sort out any problems amicably and without hassle. I have added some postal exclusions! I will combine postage for multiple items.
