Description
Welcome to my auctions....check out the other vinyl listed, more added each week and follow me so you don't miss out.
My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.
ALL RECORDS ARE VISUALLY DESCRIBED AND GRADED unless it says otherwise. IF YOU DECIDE TO BID YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE VISUAL DESCRIPTION NOT ON HOW IT MAY PLAY, Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.
You can expect great service/fast dispatch/super strong packaging/combined shipping and honest, no nonsense gradings BUT Please read descriptions.
**Sorry to any bidders/watchers when this was previously listed 3 days ago, Due to not apearing in International searches It had to be ended and relisted with Ebays consent**

Both sides have lots of light whispy marks/hairline scratches. There are also some scuffs and scratches/needle marks. It is sold as a used record and would be a perfect collection filler although I have played it all the way through and there are no skips, jumps or sticks and because of the deep grooves the audio is still strong (with obvious background crackle) Sold as described, No returns. A Very Rare Record.
Labels are clean and free from damage, there are signs of being played under strong light (spiders legs)...see photos
Earliest NO 'File Under Pop' Mono Sleeve has some wear, Front has only light rubbing, a number of tiny creases from edges and a handful of thumbnail creases, Corners have wear especially top right and bottom right. Edges have some wear, signs of a tiny split middle of bottom edge, Spine is fully readable with light wear, Opening edge has some wear/feathering. Back is a bit grubby in places, flipbacks have a few creases....A Used but still respectable example of this rare sleeve that is very flimsy. Ernest J Day Sleeve. See Photos
Original Inner (Red and White EMI advertising one) is generally clean and flat with slight discolouration and a split to one side but no other damage.
A Very Rare 1st UK Press Mono LP In Used condition. Sold as described, No returns.
I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's? THE RECORD IS VISUALLY DESCRIBED/GRADED, IF YOU BID YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING THE RECORD BASED SOLELY ON THIS NOT HOW IT MAY PLAY.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BASED ON HOW THE RECORD PLAYS UNLESS THERE IS AN AUDIO GRADING IN THE LISTING. I AM NOT A DEALER OR A SHOP, I'M JUST SELLING MY DADS LIFETIME COLLECTION.
