Cover is in Good+ Condition with seam and corner wear. Top left corner and bottom left corner have worn through to the backing cardboard. Front and back have rub and ring wear. Name written on top back right corner.

In researching this album, I found out it is the original East Coast release from the Capitol Pressing Plant in Scranton PA. Back cover has “2” at bottom.
