The Pink Floyd - The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn UK 1st press Mono LP on Columbia (SX6157)


Side 1: Matrix XAX 3419-2 (1 at 9 o’clock position)

 

Side 2:  Matrix XAX 3420-1 (1 at 9’oclock position)


Grading: Sleeve VG (no splits or tears, some staining to sleeve, sleeve has file under popular text in top right hand corner)

Labels: EX (Blue/Black Columbia label with sold in UK text and  K T Tax Code)

Record: G (Lots of surface scratches)

The Record plays VG+ to EX, as a lot of records with such surface scratches as this tend to do. I have played the album and there are no skips or jumps. The sound is rich and full.

I've enclosed pictures of the album's labels as well as the sleeve front and back.


Although it is far from pristine this is much better than just a collection filler, it certainly will do until you get a better copy. It did for me anyway so hope it goes to a good home!
