Description

Pink Floyd / Piper at the Gate of Dawn

Japan Early Press LP

Odeon OP - 80281

Appendices: "Different Cover ( back-side )” & “Insert"

( OBI is missing )

Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Pressing copy ( released in 1972 or 73 ) of their 1st album, comin' with rare insert. The back cover shows “Japanese description”, which is different from UK copy. The disc is not red, but ordinary black. Though obi is missing, it's still hard to find this item in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/EX- ( Cover/Disc )

COVER: Cover is stained with brown spots on the surface of back and the spine-edge. It’s worn on the corners, bottom & partly other outer-edges, while being lightly scraped & scratched on the surface of front. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear strip & dent & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few short scuffs on each side, with a hairline ( light long scratch ) on Side A ( not audible ). There’re a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "EX-".

OBI: OBI is missing.

INSERT: G, being creased & stained in light brown on the surface of each side.
