Description

The eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed I had listed this record on here a couple of weeks ago. The winner has sent it back saying the condition was not as described. His words were "really bad condition, not worth a penny". I have just played it again and I feel my description previously as "good" fits the Record Collector of this grade as "the record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches", bad is described as "unplayable". Yes there is surface noise and visible scratches but it does not stick or jump and there are no loud pops, at least not on my deck. So caveat emptor, I would suggest you do not bid if you find surface noise and some distortion an important factor. If there was a grade between good and fair "just playable" then maybe it should be that. I will start with an opening bid of 1p and let it find its level.
