ALSO RELEASED AS A 2LP SET WITH CBM 1037. SOME COPIES (USUALLY WITH THE ROBOT INSERT COVER) HAVE A "CLASSICS OF JAZZ RADIO" J. FISH ILLUSTRATION ON THE BACK COVER.
