The Screaming Abdabs - Pink Floyd - Rhapsody In Pink - 2 x LP BBC Sessions - The Psychedelic Years.
This auction is for the LP Rhapsody In Pink by the Band Pink Floyd (The Screaming Abdabs).
The large pocket jacket is in VG+ condition. No splits, just a creased lower right corner. Clear readable spine.
Vinyl visual grades 1st side VG+, 2nd side VG, 3rd VG+ and 4th EX.
Play test was great. Full dynamics throughout playback. No Skips.
The first side has a passage in the middle of Let There Be More Light that has 10 seconds of light popping. The rest of the side plays great. Side 2 has some surface noise to mention. It starts with some light surface noise in the last minute of Julia Dream. Green is the Colour starts without surface noise but light surface noise can be heard briefly in a couple spots later in the track. The third song is where it goes VG. During Careful With the Ax Eugene, there's a minute long passage of popping, and two loud pops a while after that. One of These Days plays great.
The second record plays great, VG+ to VG++ playback. Great records. Really nicely recorded and pressed. I was really impressed by the sound.
Records were cleaned with a Spin Clean Record Cleaner and put in new white paper sleeves.
