Original Australian 1st Stereo Issue, in a Laminated Gatefold Cover.Harvest - SHVLA 804
With both poster inserts.
In superb original condition.
The vinyl record is like new, and is Near Mint
The labels are like new and are Near Mint The original laminated gate-fold cover is Excellent
The band poster is Excellent The blue pyramid poster is VG+
This is the very first Australian issue, and the only stereo issue from Australia. All subsequent Australian issues from 1974 onward are all SQ Stereo / Quadraphonic pressings, and only the first Australian issue was specifically stereo.
Although there is no Quadraphonic playback, this first Australian stereo issue does not suffer the same slight sound compromise that the Australian SQ issues suffer when played on Stereo equipment, so unless you are going to use the SQ quad pressing on a quad system, the best Australian option is definitely this original first Australian stereo issue.
The cover is are specific to the original 1973 only. Australian Stereo issue, full gloss laminated, which is very susceptible to lifting, and bubbling, but this one is absolutely superb. The first Australian SQ Stereo / Quad issue was released in December 1973.
