I try my best to describe clearly as the following ( any question please use eBay's message box to ask, will reply you as fast as i can ) LP:NM-  Sleeve:NM- Liner note sheet:NM Booklet: EX to NM 
If you ask me, i will give it A- / about 90 scores as it's age! The LP is bright/clean (you can see it on pic 2,3,5,6.) no scratch, plays excellent, no pop sound (very minor old-groove-surface-noise on the silent part). For me, i accepted on the playback if i bought a 1978 used old record but everyone had a different think/different feeling on a used product(especially RECORD...) ok, i don't want we(buyer and seller) had any argue and unhappy, i make a special offer on this auction (only for this auction) >>> I accept Winner return the item and get the ending price (not included shipping) for refund if you really felt the item is unacceptable or felt disappointed (please use eBay message box contact me if unluckily that return case happens)
Gatefold Sleeve is NM- , overall is very beautiful (looks clean/straight, very very minor ding on back sleeve's right corner near the brand name, you can see it on the picture 4)  Japanese liner-note / gatefold sleeve inside is NM. Booklet minor folded on the right side, you also can see on pic.11 Overall this item is very nice!
