This is a first issue of the Canadian Mono pressing 1967 with the above matrix. Mono was well into being phased out by 1967 and would only survive en masse for about another year. Very hard to find.
Condition: the vinyl is visually G+ to VG - with a medium to high amount of scuffing along with surface marks. Like a lot of this old, thick 1960s vinyl it plays better - I would say - much better, than it looks. There is a bit of very soft noise in three of the song fade outs. Has a bit of soft -- very soft - surface noise at the beginning of 4 tracks. Nothing very significant in these things. There are also about 4 examples of momentary very soft surface noise in various tracks that lasts for a couple of seconds - nothing significant. Lastly, in the over 9 minute "Interstellar Overdrive" there are about nine soft clicks (really soft. You can barely hear them) and in "Bike" there is some soft (very soft) surface noise that comes and goes for about 1 minute.
The cover is G+ or VG- with a seam split along a bit more than half of the bottom edge it also has two 2 inch seam splits in the top edge: one middle and one on the right end. Some color fade due to age as in the photo. Small factory delete cut out hole in the upper right. Some ring wear on the back as in the photo.
