Variation of first UK Mono issue, that features “File Under POPULAR: Pop Groups” on top right back cover. Day one (Aug 1967) release do not have this: Pink Floyd - The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn
Later releases had a white rear sleeve instead of the grey one as this copy does.
Condition: the vinyl is visually fair with a high amount of scuffing but the record plays really well. There is no surface noise (static) anywhere on the record on our machine. The only play interference at all, while the music is playing, is some clicking at the beginning of the first track (clicks 10 or so times at a medium volume that decreases). There is no other clicking while the music is playing. The record is also almost silent between tracks and in the run in run out grooves except for a few clicks - literally- a few. Quite amazing...and the full unimpeded glorious mono sound is also quit amazing.
The laminated sleeve album cover is VG+ condition. No seam splitting and obviously no cut out hole. Minor Ring wear impression along the top in the middle on the front. Some of the laminate shows creasing on the front as in the photo. Slight wear at the edges along the open end - only slight.
